Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

At NuHer, we are committed to providing premium products with a seamless and customer-friendly shopping experience. This policy outlines our approach to shipping, returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Shipping Policy

  • Order Dispatch: All confirmed orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours.
  • Delivery Timeline: Products are generally delivered within 2–7 working days, based on the delivery location.
  • Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged or tampered product.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product is delivered with less than 3 months of shelf life remaining.

Return Conditions:

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • All original labels, seals, and the invoice must be intact.
  • The batch number must match the one mentioned in the invoice.

Non-Returnable Cases:

  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Product has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Return request raised after 7 days of delivery.
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

3. Refunds

Refunds Allowed

Refunds shall be permitted only in the following circumstances:

  • Delivery of damaged or defective products;
  • Shipment of an incorrect product;
  • Non-delivery of the ordered product within fifteen (15) working days from the date of confirmed order (excluding delays caused by the user);
  • Duplicate billing or excess payment due to technical error attributable to the Platform.

Refunds Not Allowed

  • Refunds shall not be granted in the following cases:
  • Products that have been opened, used, altered, or tampered with;
  • Requests made due to change of mind or personal preference;
  • Refund requests raised beyond seven (7) days from the date of delivery;
  • Dissatisfaction arising from individual results, where the product has been used as directed.

Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be raised within seven (7) days from the date of delivery by contacting the Platform through the prescribed communication channel. The user shall provide clear photo and/or video evidence of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product as part of the verification process. The Platform reserves the right to inspect, verify, and determine eligibility for refund before approval.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds shall be processed within 30 working days and credited to the original mode of payment only.

4. Return & Refund Process

To raise a return request, email us at info@nuher.me with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product and outer packaging (in case of damage or wrong item)
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 72 business hours. If approved:

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged, or self-return instructions will be shared.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed.

5. Refund Policy

After successful verification and receipt of the returned product:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original mode of payment.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via bank transfer (we will request your account details for secured payment).
  • Approved refunds shall be processed within 30 working days of receiving the returned product.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by emailing info@nuher.me
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

NuHer-Initiated Cancellation:

We may cancel an order in the following scenarios:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • Invalid or incomplete address provided.
  • The order appears to be for bulk or resale purposes.
  • System errors in pricing or inventory listing.

Dispatched Orders and Post-Dispatch Review:

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it is deemed valid and processed, even if the team has not reviewed it prior to dispatch.
  • If a discrepancy is identified post-dispatch the customer may request a refund or return in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  • Refunds are applicable only under the conditions stated in the Refund Policy under consumer protection laws.

Cancellation Charges:

No cancellation charges will be applied for valid cancellations.
